Settings
Organization Settings is where you manage your team, your organization's legal profile, and the legal issuers that appear as the seller on invoices. The whole screen is organization-admin only.
Who can open Settings
Settings configures team membership and the legal entities behind invoicing, so it's gated to organization admins. Regular members see an “available to organization admins” notice. Everything here scopes to the active organization in the switcher.
Team members and invitations
The Members section lists everyone in the organization with their role, and lets you invite new people, change roles, and remove members.
- 1Invite a teammateEnter their email, pick a role (Member or Admin), and click Invite. They receive a token-based invitation email to accept.
- 2Manage pending invitationsPending invitations are listed below the member table; you can Resend or Revoke each.
- 3Change a role or remove a memberUse the role dropdown on a member's row to promote or demote them; use the remove action to revoke access. You can't remove yourself.
Organization legal profile
The Organization Legal Profile section sets the defaults TaxLens uses when a booking is created without an explicit issuer. It's the fallback seller for booking documents.
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Legal name | string | Your organization's registered legal name. |
| Tax country | ISO country | The country whose tax framework applies to your organization. |
| Default legal issuer | issuer | The issuer used as the invoice seller when a booking omits one. Picked from the issuers below. |
If a booking (or its property) doesn't name an issuer, TaxLens reaches for this default when projecting the invoice document.
Legal issuers and tax registrations
The Legal Issuers section holds the legal entities that can appear as the seller on an invoice: your company, a property's operating entity, or a marketplace seller. Each issuer carries a registered address, an optional PEPPOL endpoint, a default currency, and one or more tax registrations.
- 1Add an issuerClick Add issuer and enter its legal name, country, address, default currency, and (for e-invoicing) its PEPPOL endpoint and EAS scheme code.
- 2Add tax registrationsOn an issuer, expand its tax registrations and add each one — scheme (VAT, GSTIN, …), country, the identifier, an optional ICD, and a validity window.
- 3Set it as the defaultBack in the Legal Profile section, choose the issuer as the Default legal issuer so new bookings inherit it.
